01 · Discovery

Official choices first.

The assistant reads the current Vainqueur catalog before suggesting a configuration. It must not invent colors, models, sizes or options.

02 · Conversation

Only missing details.

The assistant preserves explicit customer choices and asks for information that is still required. Show Jumping and Dressage rules, individual and team formats, adult and junior sizing, applications and destination currency are validated by the server.

03 · Quote

Price from Vainqueur.

The quote is calculated on the Vainqueur server with the configured product, currency, quantity and team tiers. It is not estimated by the AI model.

04 · Handoff

Review in the Atelier.

After the customer explicitly confirms the quote, the assistant can create an unguessable review URL. The customer checks the 3D configuration, sizing and checkout details in the official browser flow.

Security

OAuth 2.1 + PKCE.

Connected assistants use Authorization Code with PKCE S256, short-lived access tokens, rotating refresh tokens and limited scopes. Tokens are opaque and only their cryptographic hashes are stored by Vainqueur.

Integração de comércio com IA

A IA prepara. O cliente confirma.

O assistente conectado pode interpretar o pedido, consultar as opções oficiais, solicitar somente as escolhas que faltam, calcular a cotação no servidor da Vainqueur e gerar um link seguro para revisão no Atelier.

O acesso usa OAuth 2.1 com PKCE e permissões limitadas. A IA não recebe a senha nem os dados de pagamento do cliente. Ela não aceita políticas, não conclui pedidos e não realiza cobranças. O cliente revisa o 3D, o tamanho, o preço e o checkout na experiência oficial da Vainqueur.
