Necessary storage
Necessary browser storage supports essential functions such as shopping region and currency, language, cart, account session, saved designs, checkout security and consent preferences. These functions cannot be disabled through the consent panel because the requested site experience would not work reliably without them.
Analytics
When authorized, analytics technologies help us understand aggregated page usage, performance and purchase journeys. They are used to improve usability and diagnose problems. Analytics events are not sent to external analytics platforms before consent.
Marketing
When authorized, marketing technologies may be used to measure campaigns, prevent unnecessary repetition and support relevant advertising or abandoned-cart communication. Marketing integrations remain inactive until the corresponding consent is granted.
AI assistants and connected commerce
When you choose to connect an AI assistant to your Vainqueur account, the assistant may use the permissions shown on the authorization screen to read the product catalog, validate an explicitly described jacket configuration, request an official quote and create a secure Atelier review link. OAuth access tokens are stored by the connected service and may be revoked. Vainqueur stores token hashes, the connected client identifier, granted permissions, account identifier and security timestamps needed to operate and audit the connection.
The integration does not give an AI assistant access to your password or payment details. It cannot accept policies, place an order or charge a payment method. The customer must review the configuration and complete checkout in the official Vainqueur browser experience. The connected assistant receives only the catalog, validation, quote and review-link results required for the requested workflow. Vainqueur may use hosting, database and email infrastructure providers to operate and secure the service. Payment providers receive checkout data only when the customer leaves the assistant and continues through the official checkout.
Authorization codes are usable for 5 minutes, access tokens for 1 hour and rotating refresh tokens for 30 days. Unconfirmed AI configurations and quotes are accessible for 30 days. A secure Atelier review link created after confirmation is accessible for up to 2 years. After these access periods, the corresponding artifacts are no longer accepted by the integration. Restricted token hashes, consent records and security timestamps may remain linked to the account while needed to prevent abuse, audit authorization or establish and defend legal claims. If a configuration becomes an order or support case, the relevant snapshot follows the order and support retention described below.

Your choices

You may also ask Vainqueur to confirm whether personal data is processed and, where applicable, request access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, or object to processing. Requests may require identity verification and remain subject to information that Vainqueur must preserve to comply with law or exercise legal rights.
Information, recipients and retention
Order, account and support information is retained separately from optional marketing consent while the account or customer relationship is active and afterwards for the time required to provide support, maintain production and transaction records, prevent fraud, meet accounting or legal obligations and establish or defend claims. Access is limited to the systems, service providers and team members needed for those purposes.
Recipient categories may include hosting, database, email, analytics and security providers; payment and logistics providers when the customer proceeds with checkout or delivery; an AI assistant expressly connected by the customer; professional advisers; and public authorities when disclosure is legally required. Analytics and marketing providers receive optional events only after the corresponding consent. Vainqueur does not sell personal data.
When a fixed retention period does not apply, records are reviewed against the purpose for which they were collected and the applicable legal obligation. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized within the technical limits of the service, unless continued retention is permitted or required by law.
