Made-to-order products
Every jacket is produced from the model, size method, colors, details and applications approved in the order. Because it is made to order, a voluntary return, exchange or refund is not automatic when the delivered jacket corresponds to the approved configuration.
Changes and cancellation
A change or cancellation request may be submitted from My Account during the first 24 hours after purchase. Requests are reviewed before production and are not automatically approved. After this window, voluntary cancellation is not guaranteed.
Production differences and manufacturing issues
If a jacket was produced in a different model, size, color, configuration or application from the approved order, Vainqueur reviews the production record and, when confirmed, corrects or reproduces the affected jacket without cost.
Visible manufacturing issues should be reported within seven calendar days of delivery, preferably before competition use, with clear photos and a concise description.
Fit support
An eligible first tailoring adjustment may be submitted within seven calendar days after delivery for prior approval. The request must include clear photos, the intended alteration and a professional estimate. Approved reimbursement is issued as store credit under the limits and conditions in the complete Order, Fit & After-Sales Policy.
