Production and delivery timing
Individual orders are promised for delivery within up to 15 business days after payment, final size confirmation and receipt of every required personalization file and production detail.
Team orders require 20 business days for 3 to 5 jackets, 25 business days for 6 to 9 jackets, and 30 business days for 10 to 15 jackets. For more than 15 jackets, our team confirms the deadline before production. Approved special-request jackets generally require 30 business days.
Complimentary worldwide shipping
Standard shipping is complimentary to supported destinations. Brazilian orders are produced and shipped within Brazil. International orders are dispatched with the available international carrier for the destination.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. A delay caused by incomplete address information, customs procedures or an event outside the carrier’s reasonable control does not change the made-to-order nature of the purchase.
Import duties and local taxes
Orders delivered within Brazil do not incur import duties. For all other countries, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and other destination fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless mandatory local law states otherwise.
Dispatch and tracking
When the order is dispatched, the carrier and tracking code are added to My Account and may also be sent by email. Tracking events are supplied by the carrier and may take time to appear after collection.
